SMIL (the Swedish-language acronym of Siffer1000askinen i Lund, "The Digit Machine of Lund") was a foremost-generation computer built by the University of Lund, in Sweden. SMIL was according to a IAS architecture developed by John von Neumann.

RealPix: The SMIL Graphics Format
Graphics format developed by Real Networks. It allows graphics to be streamed over web as part of Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL).
